Real estate owners and operators have the ability to cultivate environments in which all people can experience authentic community, redeeming relationships, and neighborly love in the spaces they live, work, and gather. Callis was formed in early 2020 to develop a curated portfolio of performing real estate investments for a group of faith-driven investors who saw this as a unique opportunity to steward investment capital well. Through values-aligned partnerships, we invest with operators that share this desire, and together we will work towards furthering the movement of sustainable faith-driven investing.

Callis Capital is a real estate private equity firm focused on providing equity capital to faith-driven owners and operators of real estate while seeking excellent financial returns.
We pursue equity interests in real estate assets located within the United States with an emphasis on current yield and a preference for value-add acquisition over new construction.
While not exclusively a multi-family fund, we have a concentration in this sector with strong fundamentals and a history of intentionality and demonstrated success with redemptive business plans.
We continue to walk alongside our managers to build into the knowledge base of "what is possible" in developing loving communities that care for the whole person within a real estate plan.

As of the end of 2021, Callis has constructed a portfolio with exposure to 44 properties across 13 states. The portfolio is over-weighted in the housing sector (with a focus on multi-family housing) but also has allocation into neighborhood retail and specialty-use properties. In total, the portfolio includes more than 7,500 housing units and 350,000 square feet of other commercial space.
